Treble Celebration Dinner

The 98-99 season for Manchester United was the most successful season in English club football history as they became the only English team to win The Premiership, FA Cup and UEFA Champions League Treble in the same season.  Alex Ferguson was subsequently knighted for his services to football, rounding out the record breaking year.

Ten years on from that amazing season we are offering you the chance to share the memories with ’99 Champions League hero and Manchester United legend - Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. 

Ole's many career highlights span the decades but surely the most special memory of all would be the Champions League final in 1999 when he best exhibited his ability to seize the whisker of a chance. His injury-time toe-poke past Bayern Munich keeper Oliver Kahn completed United's Treble and cemented his place in Reds folklore.

Ole will be guest of honour at the Foundation’s Treble Celebration Dinner, which will raise money for the Foundation’s work with young people in the community.  The event will take place on Thursday 9th July and includes a three course sit down meal with a Q&A with Ole at the end of the meal.
