Our Red Helpers

Manchester United players, staff and fans have become Santa’s Red Helpers to support vulnerable children this winter.

By helping us to provide food, gifts and support, you can be a Red Helper, too.

Manchester United Foundation has launched its Christmas fundraising campaign, encouraging fans to follow the lead of players and staff in becoming Santa’s Red Helpers.

Following a pledge of financial support from the Manchester United first team, the Santa’s Red Helpers campaign aims to encourage fans to also donate to provide Christmas presents and food parcels for those who may otherwise go without. Club staff and Foundation volunteers will also help to fund, pack and deliver items for those in need.

This Christmas will be very different for lots of children, so it’s never been more important that the Foundation and its wider network of supporters from all over the world are there to help. Even a small donation could make an enormous difference to a child this winter.

The campaign follows Manchester United Foundation’s ongoing response to the Covid-19 pandemic since the outbreak in March 2020, and once again we are partnering with FareShare Greater Manchester following the collaboration to provide free school meals during the October half-term break.
