Signed Item Requests

The Foundation manages all charitable requests for official signed Manchester United items. We donate signed shirts, footballs, pennants and photographs to over 1,000 charities and causes each year. 

Due to the current Covid-19 situation the application process for signed items is now closed until further notice.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, there have been some changes to the ways in which we are able to offer our support and respond to the requests we receive.

Our signed item request system is currently closed until further notice due to restrictions in place in line with government guidelines. Please check back once the 2020/21 season is underway. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note: you must be holding a fundraising event for your request to be eligible for a signed item, and we request up to six weeks’ notice in advance of your event to ensure we can support you in time.

We receive approximately 300 enquiries each week. As a result you are not guaranteed a signed item when you complete an application.

Please note there can be a waiting time of up to six weeks before a signed item is dispatched. If you are applying please make sure your fundraising event is at least six weeks away.

During the 2018/19 season we helped over 1,000 charities raise more than £266,000 with signed items.
