Burnage Academy for Boys

The aim of the Foundation's partnership with Burnage Academy for Boys is to work closely with the school sports' captains and leaders, along with those who have an interest in developing a career in sport, and to help pupils gain the qualifications and experiences they need for a future career in sports.

Our partnership

Burnage Academy for Boys has been a partner school of the Foundation through our Hub of the Community programme since 2011.

In partnership with staff at Burnage Academy, the Foundation delivers programmes that include:

  • Curriculum-based sessions aiming to develop both physical and life skills
  • After school sessions providing a pathway into junior football
  • Football coaching
