This year's event was a huge success.  Nearly 10,000 people attended to see new signings Chris Smalling and Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez in action.

Once again the day was all in aid of the Manchester United Foundation and thanks to the fans we raised around £30,000 all to go straight back to our work in the local community.

X-Factor's Olly Murs entertained the crowds singing his new single Please Don't Let Me Go which will be released on 29th August.

Foundation chief executive John Shiels said "It was a great day again, each year we build on the number of fans who attend and this year was no exception.  We are already looking forward to next year and thinking how we can make it even bigger and better.  I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the fans for their support."
